King Suite
The King suite: known as the “The Bay Room,” is on the southwest side of the house and allows guest’s to look out over the sweeping farmland and breathtaking views of Port Susan’s bay. The master suite is made up of two rooms, one is 14' x 14' and the other is 10' x 12’ and includes a king size bed along with a private sink, toilet and large shower. We are a wifi free space and encourage our guests to unplug, rest and relax while they stay at the Lady.
Inside:
The downstairs music room and library are open for visitors to relax and explore.
Outside:
The front and back yard are available for guests. The landscaping around the house, pond feature, and green house in the back yard offer plenty of space for guests to rest and relax. There are two brick fireplaces in the back that upon request can be lit in the evening hours to enjoy the starry wide open skies.

King Room
The King Room or “The Dancer's room,” faces the southeast and hosts views of the farmland surrounding the house. The 13’ X 15’ room includes a king size bed with private sink, toilet, and shower. We are a wifi free space and encourage our guests to unplug, rest and relax while they stay at the Lady.

Queen Room #1 “The Orchard room,” is on the north side of the house and hosts views of the area farmland. The 13’ X 15’ room includes a queen size bed with private sink, toilet, and shower. We are a wifi free space and encourage our guests to unplug, rest and relax while they stay at the Lady.

3rd Floor Apartment
The Historic Lady Florence private apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the house. This 1500 sq. ft. space is perfect for families, medium event groups, group retreats, or someone looking for short-term rental. There are two large rooms in the apartment that fit up to 11 people comfortably. One room contains a King bed, double bed and sitting area, and the second room includes four built-in bunkbeds and 4 additional twin beds. Besides the spacious bedrooms theres also a private kitchenette, sitting area, dining area, and full bathroom with sink, toilet, and shower. For large parties there is an extra bathroom on the second floor available. We are a wifi free space and encourage our guests to unplug, rest and relax while they stay at the Lady.

Full House
Our full house stay offers large groups all 3 floors of the Lady Florence with minor lock offs for medium to large parties of up to 21 guests to enjoy. The lady offers four large private cozy bedrooms with bathrooms on the second floor that sleeps a total of 9 guests. Along with 10 beds on the third floor that sleep 11. There is a full bathroom with sink, shower and toilet located on the 3rd floor available to guests and another bathroom with sink, toilet, and bath tub on the 2nd floor.
The Lady Florence's spacious house, grounds and convenient location make it an ideal location for extended families on vacation, yoga retreats, cycling clubs, motorcycle clubs, writing conferences, reunions, anniversary parties, birthdays, wedding parties, rehearsal dinners and any other parties that require more room.

Additional Lodging FAQs
What spaces of the house do guests have access to in addition to their room or apartment space?
For guests that book an individual room or our 3rd floor apartment both our downstairs music and library (to the right of the entry door) are open for visitors to relax and explore. Outside guests are welcome to explore the gardens and backyard spaces. The landscaping around the house, pond feature, and green house in the backyard offer plenty of space for guests to rest and relax. There are two brick fireplaces in the back that upon request can be lit in the evening hours to enjoy the starry wide open skies.
Is there access to a kitchen or fridge access that comes with your individual room rentals?
Currently, our individual room rentals do not come with kitchen access. When needed we do have have space in our fridge/freezer for guests to store food during their stay. Guests that stay in our 3rd floor apartment have access to their own private kitchenette space.
Are pets allowed?
For individual rentals pets (dogs only) are allowed in only our king suite rental and whole house rentals and are subject to a $50 pet fee per stay. There is also a pet addendum you will have to sign if your planning on bringing your pet during your stay. If you do choose to bring your pet we ask that they either have a kennel to sleep on and don’t sit or sleep on any of our beds or furniture.
