Looking to elope, but still want to have the elegance and memories attached to a special place? Look no further! Let us handle the details and you enjoy eloping in style at the Lady.
Claim Jumper Elopement all inclusive packages include the following;
We offer elopements for up to 4 guests (Bridal couple and 2 witnesses) for up to 3 hours at the Historic Lady Florence. Additionally, use our Bridal Suite/Groom Space to get ready. We offer a Non-denominational officiant and a decorated arbor ceremony space. Processional Song for bride to walk down the aisle to. Recessional song for newly wed couple walking up the aisle too. First dance song, Father/daughter and mother/son dance song option. 6” Cutting Cake (or larger depending on party size). 1 custom bouquet and 1 boutonniere or 2 of each to include options for your attendants. Sparkling wine/cider/champagne of your choosing and wedding photography. Additionally 2 bundles of wood and 2 bags of ice are included with the package.
April - October Elopement package offers use of our outside spaces including our fully lit 20 x 30 greenhouse, 3 fireplaces, outdoor pavilion, ceremony space facing port susan bay, a bar area and 2 get ready spaces in the house with access through the front door. (Get-Ready spaces for bride/Groom will soon be in our new spaces opening in June)
*Upgrade Option- Add access to our front living room for an intimate ceremony inside and the library for signing documents/first look photos in April/May/October
November-March Elopement package offers use of our first floor space including ceremony space, intimate dance space in our library, dining space and 2 get ready spaces in the house. (Get-Ready spaces for bride/Groom will soon be in our new spaces opening in June)
*Upgrade Option- Add access to our greenhouse/outdoor pavilion fireplace areas and outdoor ceremony space open option throughout the winter months
*Additional guest rate runs at $50.00 per person for up to 25 guests - 29 total including bridal couple and two witnesses.
A non refundable retainer of 50% down is required to hold your elopement date in addition to a signed member agreement. The remaining amount is due 30 days prior to the wedding date. If booked within 2 weeks prior to the wedding date payment is due in full.
*Reminder - 72 hour advance notice required - All marriage licenses must be applied for/purchased a minimum of 3 days prior to elopement date.
*Pets are allowed per pet approval by the venue director Amy Christianson.
Option to add dinner to your intimate wedding - Add two additional hours to your package to make it an intimate wedding and further your celebration! This option allows you to have more elopement time on site, table/chair set-up, additional florals/decor to match your style, table settings (dishes, flatware, glassware) and event clean up.
**Please note this does not include catering cost. We offer wood fired pizza/Cowboy dinner catering or we work exclusively with Island Girls Catering for our Claim jumper wedding packages. You can request a catering quote from us or reach out to Island Girls. Per person costs run around $50.00 per person menu/food cost dependent.
All of our weddings require couples to purchase wedding event insurance. If you will be serving/bringing in alcohol you will have to add this feature to your policy ($125-
$175.00). Additionally, we offer the option of having a bartender to serve cocktails for a fee of $39.00 per hour with a 3 hour minimum required.

Due to the nature of Elopements we offer two options: you can either connect with us over email and conduct the booking process or choose to schedule a tour prior to booking and conduct all of the booking/planning details over email.
All Inclusive means we handle the planning, which frees you up to arrive relaxed and ready for your special day! We handle all the details from flowers and cake to the officiant and music via email in the time before your elopement. We offer a 3 hour timeline that takes into account photos taken at all of the key points and candids along the way. Upon booking we will send an example of our timeline along with a list of information we will need filled in to help create your perfect elopement.
